Job description

About the Role

The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team and be responsible for the scoping and creation of technical presales solutions and documentation, supporting the sales community in client engagements.

The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both technically and commercially.

Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing solution proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work, as well as liaising with various Nasstar teams and traveling as needed.

The candidate should have expertise in Wide Area and Local Area Networking, particularly in secure networking such as SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.

Responsibilities:

Operate in a presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own customer technology strategies, build sales pipelines, and manage technical components of sales processes for complex, high-value engagements.

What we are looking for:

Extensive Fortinet & Cisco/Meraki presales solutions architecture experience, especially in SD-WAN & SASE/security networking. Ability to produce sales support documentation, lead response creation, and build strong client relationships. Experience with customer engagement at all levels, confident presentation skills, and managing multiple projects.

Recognized IT certifications from networking vendors, experience in customer strategy, and technical design of enterprise networking solutions, including cloud connectivity and large network transformations.

Knowledge of cloud security services, public cloud connectivity, and working with managed network services is also required.
