Job Description:

A brilliant opportunity for a talented Graduate or experienced professional to work within a Pre-Sales Engineering capacity as a Product Associate, joining a market-leading disruptive software technology firm. This role can be based from either London or Cambridge. Offering excellent training, career progression, and prospects, this is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding machine learning software house and be guided by some of the brightest minds in this field. On a daily basis, you will be working as a Pre-Sales advisor, supporting Customer Success, and working closely with R&D and Engineering teams.

Location:

You can choose to be based from Central London or Cambridge – 3 days in office / 2 days remote.

Requirements for Pre-Sales Engineer / Product Associate – Graduate Considered:

• A minimum of a 2.1 bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM, Humanities, or Law-related discipline.
• At least AAB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please include A-Level grades on your CV).
• Outstanding customer-facing skills with a sales spark.
• A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
• Strong aptitude for picking up technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities for Pre-Sales Engineer / Product Associate:

• Serve as the main point of contact, liaising with clients and internal teams during the pre-sales stage.
• Understand early-stage customer requirements and support in building customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Support Account Executives & Customer Success Managers.
• Liaise closely with R&D and Engineering teams.
