Job summary

StealthWatch is seeking an experienced Presales Engineer in London to join their AI observability team. You will partner with the sales force to deliver technical demonstrations, lead proofs of concepts, and advise customers throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires strong cloud and Kubernetes knowledge, experience with enterprise software, and the ability to present to technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive presales or solutions engineering experience in enterprise software.
• Strong cloud knowledge across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience delivering demos, PoCs, and workshops to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and map them to technical solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and PoCs.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security teams to show AI observability value.

StealthWatch is partnered with an innovative AI vendor that is transforming how organisations monitor, optimise, and secure AI-powered applications and infrastructure. Following continued growth, they're looking to hire an experienced Presales Engineer to join their high-performing team.

This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology, partnering with enterprise customers to solve complex technical challenges while playing a key role in driving new business across the UK and Europe.

The Role

As a Presales Engineer, you'll work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, deliver technical demonstrations, lead proof of concepts, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

You'll engage with engineering, platform, DevOps, and security teams, helping customers understand the value of AI observability within modern cloud-native environments.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Sales Engineering experience within enterprise software.
• Excellent understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience working with infrastructure, observability, DevOps, platform engineering, or AI/ML technologies is highly desirable.
• Confident delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
