Who you are

You are a solution-oriented person with strong technical skills and a knack for problem-solving. In this customer-facing role, you thrive at translating detailed technical ideas into straightforward plans that instil confidence and clarity into customers. This position offers you the chance to delve deep into the industry, becoming a trusted expert across Payroll, WFM, HR solutions. This is an opportunity to master these domains and empowering clients with comprehensive knowledge and guidance.

What you will do
  • Leading discovery calls with customers to better understand their requirements to provide targeted solutions
  • Building and delivering detailed software demonstrations
  • Support the sales team with product knowledge and technical expertise
  • Contribute to our product’s evolution and continuously educate yourself on new feature designs and the product roadmap
  • Helping to contribute to pre-sales documentation, including building interactive product demonstrations
  • Assisting with responses to bids
What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience with Payroll, WFM or HR software
  • Complex enterprise sales cycle experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and lead key conversations, influencing at a c-suite level
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sales and demo automation tools
  • Complex enterprise sales cycle experience
