Job summary

Kingswood is seeking a well-qualified and experienced teacher to work in the Learning Support Department at our Prep School for the 2026/27 year. You will support pupils with SLDs such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, and ADHD to realise their academic potential.

The role is part-time (three days a week: Tue, Wed, Thu) with a strong emphasis on access arrangements and a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified in teaching pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties (Level 5).
• Postgraduate SpLD Level 7 qualification preferred for access arrangements.
• Experience in Learning Support Department is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties to reach their academic potential.
• Work within the Learning Support Department to provide targeted assistance.
• Assist with access arrangements assessments as part of the role.
