Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh ingredients and daily mise en place.
• Preparing and cooking breakfast for a small number of covers.
• Supporting the kitchen during lunch and dinner service.
• Preparing sauces, stocks, vegetables, desserts and other menu components.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and fully prepared for service.
• Following food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures.
• Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
