Cosy Club Lincoln is seeking a Preparation and Storeroom Chef for an early shift from 7am to 3pm. You will manage the storeroom, prepare the kitchen for the day’s service, and batch-cook to support the team. Living locally is important to start on time, with opportunities to progress within the kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the storeroom and deliveries, preparing the kitchen for the day ahead.
• Set up the kitchen by 9am for service with prep and par, batch cooking where required.
• Support the team to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards and keep the storeroom organized.

Preparation and Storeroom Chef: 7am to 3pm

As the morning Prep and Storeroom Chef you will be in charge of the store room, delivers and readying the kitchen for the day ahead. You will be at the heart of our kitchen operation so living locally to be able to get to our sites for an early start is pretty key.

This role would suit someone with kitchen or catering management experience as the role comes with responsibilities of setting up the kitchen by 9am service, completing prep (in line with prep and par), batch cooking and supporting the team to set them up for success for the day and the ones to follow.
