Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is hiring a Prep Chef to support busy kitchens across our UK venues. You will prepare high-quality dishes, follow brand standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role offers free meals on shift, up to 30% discount across our brands, access to Wagestream to access wages as earned, and structured training to help you grow within TRG.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen role such as kitchen assistant or assistant chef.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexible hours; 3am starts for airport shifts.
• Willing to provide 5-year work/education/personal reference history and pass a criminal record check.
