Virgin Active is evolving into Social Wellness Clubs, creating spaces that support every aspect of wellbeing and delivering world-class service every day. We seek a Commercial Manager to join the Acquisition team to drive membership growth and premium experiences.

You will lead a high-performing team, optimise the member journey from enquiry to retention, and use data-driven insights to deliver strong commercial results and engaging member experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a commercial or sales team.
• Ability to interpret financial results and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Hold accountability for club commercial results including revenue and sales mix.
• Drive corporate sales pipeline, partnerships, lead flow and conversion optimization.
• Deliver weekly and monthly commercial planning and activity modelling.
• Shift to a premium, value-driven model by positioning membership as a premium lifestyle.
• Coach the team to deliver high-quality, emotionally resonant conversations and maintain quality of sale.
