• Proven track record of delivering sales and guest service results.

• Resilience, organisation and focus on standards and day-to-day priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through active selling and coaching your team.
• Coach, develop and support Retail Advisors to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Create an inclusive, energised team culture to motivate performance.
• Build day-to-day relationships with host retailer, suppliers and support teams.
• Help Virgin Atlantic Holidays stand out with great service and local activity.
• Use trends and guest feedback to spot opportunities and improve performance.
• Take ownership of guest feedback and escalations for a thoughtful experience.
• Manage day-to-day concession operations including health and safety and data protection.
