Hall & Woodhouse, the Dorset-based brewer owning over 150 premium pubs, is recruiting a General Manager for The Griffin. The role leads a fabulous team through our refurbishment reopening and long-term growth.

You will be responsible for kitchen oversight, maintaining brand standards and delivering outstanding hospitality. Experience in branded hospitality and a strategic, people-centred leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• An experienced GM with leadership within branded hospitality.
• Competent in kitchen oversight and control of food production.
• Based in the local area or willing to relocate.
• Expert in quality food and drink with attention to detail.
• Strategic commercially minded operator with hospitality growth experience.
• Diligent with brand standards and processes.
• Analytical and proactive in problem-solving.
