Job summary

3Search is partnering with a growing premium private healthcare group to hire four Treatment Coordinators across their London practices. You will guide patients through their treatment journey, explaining options, costs and next steps, and converting enquiries into bookings, while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The role emphasizes building trust rather than hard selling, with a focus on premium environments, strong clinician collaboration, and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator in private dentistry or premium healthcare.
• Warm, personable and confident building trust with patients.
• Commercially driven with revenue targets.
• Patient-focused with consultative approach.
• Highly organised with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Comfort discussing costs, finance options and payment plans.
• Motivated by targets and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet patients after consultations and discuss recommended treatment plans.
• Explain treatments, costs, finance options, and next steps.
• Manage and follow up own pipeline of patients.
• Support patients with high-value and sometimes complex treatment plans.
• Build relationships with clinicians and translate clinical information into patient-friendly language.
• Keep track of consultations, follow-ups and your diary to avoid missed opportunities.
• Monitor revenue performance and work towards monthly targets.
• Deliver premium patient experience from initial consultation through to treatment.
