Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience - welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through our curated frames and lenses.
• Support fittings and adjustments - learn to fit, adjust and care for luxury eyewear for customer satisfaction.
• Assist in high-quality eye care - support pre-screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies.
• Maintain impeccable standards - support daily store operations, visual standards and administration in a refined retail environment.
