Job summary

David Clulow Opticians in the UK is seeking an Optical Assistant to help customers choose designer frames and lenses, guide fittings, and deliver a premium service experience in our luxury retail stores.

No optical experience is required; you will receive ongoing training in optical knowledge, eye-care processes, and eyewear styling, with monthly bonus opportunities and staff discounts, plus charitable work with the OneSight Foundation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience – welcome customers, guide them through our designer frames and lenses.
• Support fittings and adjustments – learn how to fit, adjust and care for luxury eyewear.
• Assist in high‑quality eye care – support pre‑screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies.
• Maintain impeccable standards – support daily store operations, visual standards and administration in a refined retail environment.
