Perfect Placement in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is recruiting a New/Used Motorcycle Sales Executive to drive sales of new and used motorcycles, including finance options, warranties, and accessories, in a customer-focused environment.

The role offers a basic salary of £21,000 with uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £40,000 annually, plus benefits and comprehensive training within a well-established dealership and iconic motorcycle brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive or related vehicle sales; motorcycle industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong passion for motorcycles and industry knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-centric, proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new and used motorcycles, including add-ons, finance products, insurance, and warranties
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding delivery and delays
• Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently
• Collect payments and complete necessary administrative sales procedures
• Explain warranties, service plans, and introduce customers to aftersales departments
• Demonstrate motorcycle features and technical aspects to customers
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with excellent communication
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
