Aramark Ltd is seeking a Mixologist for Hill Dickinson Stadium to craft premium cocktails and deliver exceptional guest experiences on matchdays. You will work with the bar team to maintain quality, safety and efficiency in a fast-paced stadium environment.

The role focuses on consistency, innovation, and strong relationships with guests, while keeping the bar stocked, clean, and ready for service. Previous premium bar experience and a passion for cocktails are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in crafting cocktails to high standards.
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and cocktail ingredients.
• Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, guidelines and health & safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead health & safety culture on matchdays.
• Be aware of allergen information and relay details to staff.
• Prepare, mix, garnish and serve a wide range of cocktails.
• Collaborate with the bar manager to innovate drinks.
• Monitor bar stock levels and assist with ordering.
• Provide expert recommendations to guests to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Upsell premium drinks to increase sales and guest satisfaction.
• Set up and break down stations, supporting matchday operations.
