Four Seasons Recruitment is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate for a premium retail store in Bicester. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the day-to-day running of a luxury shopping environment.

Responsibilities include building relationships, understanding customer needs, upselling, handling fittings and cash desk tasks, stock replenishment, and collaborating with the team to hit commercial targets in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail is essential.
• Passion for luxury and fashion with elevated customer experience.
• Able to build rapport and contribute to sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, proactive and reliable team player.
• Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and peak periods.
• Based in or able to travel to Bicester.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalised shopping experience.
• Build relationships, understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
• Maximise sales through product knowledge, styling and upselling.
• Maintain high standards on the sales floor and store presentation.
• Assist with fitting rooms, cash desk operations and gift wrapping.
• Support stock deliveries, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
• Represent prestige luxury brands with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets.
• Adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining luxury service.
