Four Seasons is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate for our Bicester store. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the day-to-day running of a premium retail environment.

In this role you will build lasting relationships, understand individual needs, upsell with product knowledge, and maintain a polished, inviting store. The position is temporary with ASAP start, paying £14.25 per hour including holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail is essential.
• Passion for luxury, fashion, and delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Proven ability to build rapport with customers and contribute towards sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, personalised shopping experience.
• Build relationships with customers and confidently understand and respond to their individual needs.
• Maximise sales opportunities through product knowledge, styling recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain excellent standards across the sales floor, ensuring the store remains polished and inviting.
• Support customers with fitting rooms, cash desk operations, gift wrapping, and other in-store services.
• Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, transfers, and maintaining an organised stockroom.
• Represent prestigious luxury brands with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and store-wide commercial targets.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment while consistently maintaining luxury service standards.
