Four Seasons in Bicester is seeking a Luxury Menswear Sales Associate for a temporary, ASAP-start role. You’ll deliver a highly personalised, knowledgeable shopping experience and build lasting relationships with clients through expert styling advice across menswear and accessories.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury or premium menswear retail experience.
• Strong knowledge and passion for luxury fashion.
• Confident engaging with a diverse range of customers.
• Commercially driven with experience meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, professional appearance with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and peak periods.
• Based in Bicester or able to travel there.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised, knowledgeable customer experience.
• Build relationships and understand client style.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain high standards on the shop floor.
• Support fittings, till operations, and gift wrapping.
• Assist with deliveries, stock transfers, and stockroom organization.
