Job summary

Zachary Daniels is hiring a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer in Bishop Auckland. The role combines showroom-based design work with consultative selling for kitchens and bathrooms. The package includes a base salary up to £26,000 plus commission and bonus, with a supportive team and ongoing training.

You will provide a personalised service from initial enquiry to delivery, design spaces, advise on products, and visit customer homes for measurements, aiming to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing showroom environment.
• Ability to design kitchens and bathrooms for customers.
• Willing to train on all systems and products.
• Strong sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to customers.
• Engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product.
• Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers; bring a vision to life in a face-to-face capacity.
• Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs.
• Offer a consultative service to customers.
• Provide any technical information as required.
• Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements.
• Achieve sales and service targets.
