Qualifications

• Experience in consultative retail environments with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to customers.
• Engage with customers from initial enquiry to delivery of the product.
• Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers; bring a vision to life in a face-to-face capacity.
• Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs.
• Offer a consultative service to customers.
• Provide any technical information as required.
• Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements.
• Achieve sales and service targets.
