Barnsley-based Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Design Consultant role with Zachary Daniels Recruitment offering a base salary up to £26,000 plus generous commission. You will design premium kitchens and bathrooms in a high-end showroom, delivering consultative service to customers from enquiry to delivery, and hitting sales targets.

The role emphasises a customer-focused, design-led approach with training and future progression in a thriving, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales/showrooms or related sectors.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into design recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to customers.
• Engage with customers from initial enquiry through to delivery of the product.
• Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers; bring a vision to life in a face-to-face capacity.
• Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs.
• Offer a consultative service to customers.
• Visit customers at home for consultations and measurements.
• Achieve sales and service targets.
