Job summary

The House of KOKO is seeking a confident, charismatic Host to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering warmth, panache and high service standards in a premium environment.

You will assist in reservations, guide guests through the House journey, and collaborate with Reservations, Events, and F&B teams to ensure a seamless experience while upholding KOKO brand values.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or reception experience in premium/members environment.
• Polished, professional manner with strong communication.
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with independent capabilities.
• Enthusiastic about music, culture, art and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and members on arrival and via phone/reservations.
• Respond to enquiries, guide members through the House journey.
• Guide members on offerings including THOK, Café KOKO and Theatre with confidence.
• Act as an ambassador for KOKO brand values and lead by example.
• Build relationships with existing and new members and guests.
• Collaborate with Hosts, Reservations, Events and Membership teams for seamless service.
• Work with F&B to deliver the full guest experience.
• Stay informed about upcoming services and weekly planning.
• Utilise CRM to help achieve commercial results and manage records.
