Godiva Chocolatier Inc. is seeking a Category Marketing Manager, Gifting to translate category strategy into actionable portfolio plans and seasonal initiatives.

You will partner with regional teams to bring gifting propositions to market and drive premiumisation in boutiques, cafés, premium retail and Global Travel Retail. You will lead cross-functional projects from concept to launch, analyze consumer and market data, and develop business cases to inform investments and prioritisation.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in FMCG premium category management or portfolio management.
• Strong analytical skills translating consumer, market and performance data into recommendations.
• Gifting behaviour, occasion-based marketing and seasonal planning understanding.
• Experience developing innovation pipelines from concept to launch.
• Commercial acumen with focus on sales, profitability and growth drivers.
• Collaborative across functions, markets and cultures.
• Strong organisational skills and execution focus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse consumer and market trends, translating findings into portfolio and innovation recommendations.
• Lead selected projects from concept through launch, coordinating Design, Insights, R&D, Commercialisation and Supply Chain.
• Develop gifting collections and seasonal programmes for boutiques, cafés and Global Travel Retail.
• Develop business cases and assess sales potential, profitability and portfolio implications.
• Partner with regional teams to adapt global propositions and support launches.
• Track performance and propose improvements to assortment and portfolio productivity.
• Prepare reviews and updates for stakeholders with clear progress and risks.
