Job summary

Green Park is seeking a Corporate Receptionist / Guest Experience Host to be the face of the estate, greeting visitors and occupiers with a 6-Star service standard. You will answer calls, manage the Visitor Management System, and ensure reception areas are immaculate and welcoming while coordinating with Building Management and facilities teams.

The role emphasizes proactive hospitality, relationship-building with occupiers, and supporting events and community initiatives in a premium workplace

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Corporate Reception, Concierge, Hotel Reception or Customer Service environment.
• Experience delivering premium customer service.
• First Aid qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every visitor, occupier and client.
• Maintain reception presentation standards and manage visitor arrivals.
• Handle post, deliveries and maintain reception records.
• Support occupier engagement and provide information about estate and local amenities.
