Soho House & Co. is seeking a Bartender for Dean Street Townhouse in Central London. You will support the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager, ensuring the bar is fully operational, stocked and presented to the highest standard.

Formación

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar bartender role.
• Strong cocktail knowledge, classics, techniques and spirits.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and calm presence during busy services.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Experience with POS systems, stock control and basic reporting.
• Team player with a flexible, professional attitude.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Personal Licence or willingness to obtain one (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a consistently high standard, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the bar before, during and after service.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory and replenishment of supplies throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Contribute to development of new cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings with the bar team.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure all billing is complete to club standards.
• Collaborate with floor, kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle member queries and feedback confidently, escalating any concerns to management as appropriate.
