Tru Talent in Poole is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join a prestigious automotive dealership. The role offers a Basic Salary of £27,250 with OTE £53,000, and 41 hours per week on a rota.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive sales professional to join a premium brand and drive growth. You will engage customers online and in person, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and work toward sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in automotive sales within the motor trade.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with a genuine determination to sell.
• A confident and professional manner when dealing with customers.
• The ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Assisting customers in finding their desired vehicle through the online showroom.
• Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate sales leads.
• Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting the vehicle range.
• Informing and advising customers on vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other relevant information.
• Evaluating used cars and conducting customer vehicle appraisals.
• Assessing the condition of trade-in vehicles and ensuring all defects and damage are accurately reported and recorded prior to agreeing a part-exchange price.
• Organising and carrying out test drives and evaluating results.
• Taking part in sales events.
• Ensuring vehicles are presented to an exceptional professional standard, including pricing, accessibility and cleanliness.
