School Premises Manager required for a school in Bromley.

At Engage Education Services, we’re recruiting for a Premises Manager at a school in Worthing. If you have experience managing a secondary school campus, we’d like to hear from you.

You must have a driving licence for this role.

The working hours are 12pm – 9pm, and full commitment to these hours is required.

About the role:

As the Premises Manager, you will supervise work across the school with external and internal contractors, hold keyholder responsibilities, and be expected to:

1. Manage cleaning and caretaking staff
2. Ensure staff complete projects effectively and communicate well
3. Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure timely project completion
4. Ensure the building and grounds are secure when not in use
5. Handle bookings for school facilities from outside users
6. Regularly check heating, lighting, and alarm systems for operational status
7. Manage equipment orders related to facilities
