Job summary

The Westgate School is seeking a Premises Compliance Manager to oversee the school site, site team, and related facilities operations. The role requires proven experience in site management, building works, repairs, and health & safety compliance, with responsibilities including budget reporting and contract oversight.

The position offers 37 hours per week all year with alternating shift patterns, and opportunities for training and progression. Tours of the school are welcome.

Premises Compliance Manager

37 hours per week all year - alternating shift patterns

• effective and efficient management of the school site and site team
• building works/construction skills
• repairs and maintenance
• health & safety compliance
• contracts and services including reporting and budget management
