Hillside Special School in Sudbury is seeking a reliable Premises Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. The role requires flexibility to meet the school's needs and to handle ad-hoc responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact for services, maintenance and emergencies.

Hours are 37.5 per week, 52 weeks per year, 7 am to 10 am and 2 pm to 6:30 pm, with a permanent contract and a six-month probation.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for all services, maintenance and emergency work carried out.
• Respond to emergencies outside school hours and help keep the site to a high standard.
• Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality and DBS requirements while protecting pupils, staff and visitors.
