This role requires a Chartered Member of IStructE and/or ICE with extensive experience in structural engineering design and project management. Job description

Premier specialist Central London consultancy requires a Principal Structural Engineer to join the well-established design studio.

Candidates must be a Chartered Member of IStructE and/or ICE and have extensive structural engineering design and project-running experience combined with superior technical skills in writing site reports, investigations and forensic engineering on smaller projects. They should be capable of working with minimal support and able to offer the full expertise required working on complex inner-London refurbishments.

Workload is a mixture of refurbishments across the capital, with project values up to £50million in various sectors of building structures on historic buildings from the 1,850s onwards.

Top base salary and extensive benefits, combined with the freedom to work on several projects at the same time from both the office and home, combined with site attendance on an ad-hoc basis to suit projects.
