Job summary

Walker Dendle in the City of London are seeking a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer/Associate to join our busy, expanding design studio. The successful candidate will bring chartered status with IStructE and/or ICE and have extensive structural design and project-running experience in UK consultancy.

You will work on a diverse mix of new-build and refurbishment schemes across London and the South East, with project values up to £200 million.

Qualifications

• Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE, UK consultancy experience required.
• Extensive structural design and project-running skills.
• Ability to balance technical delivery with commercial awareness and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design on complex schemes and manage client relationships.
• Oversee project delivery from concept to completion with hands-on involvement.
• Mentor and develop junior staff within a busy design studio.

Job description

Premier medium-sized consultancy requires a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer/Associate to join the busy, expanding City of London design studio.

Candidates will need to be Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE and must have extensive structural engineering design and project-running skills in UK consultancy. They should be both technical and commercial, and happy to help drive the business forward whilst continuing to remain hands‑on with project involvement.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new‑build and refurbishment developments across London and the South East, with project values up to £200million.
