Transport for Wales is seeking a Premier Chef to deliver on-board catering across our services. You will work independently or as part of a team to provide an exceptionally high standard of at-seat and buffet counter food to passengers.
You will design menus, manage stock and reporting, and ensure strict food safety compliance. Welsh language skills are welcome but not essential as part of a diverse, customer-focused team.
The Premier Chef will work independently or as part of a team responsible for the day to day delivery of the on-board catering menu to provide an exceptionally high standard of at seat and buffet counter food to passengers.
While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application. TfW support anyone who wants to learn Welsh or improve their skills. We offer online learning, classroom courses and funding attendance at local community courses.
