Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to drive tender opportunities and own the process from first tender stage to contract award. The role supports the Southern region within a Tier 1 main contractor with a track record across commercial, education, industrial, hotels and leisure sectors.

The successful candidate will report to the Preconstruction Director, lead bids, and help secure high-value projects while benefiting from flexible working and a strong, collaborative culture.

• Experience in a similar role with a main contractor.
• Experience working in public or private sector.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of tender opportunities, leading from 1st stage tender to contract award.
• Report to the Preconstruction Director and coordinate bid activities across the team.

Pre-Construction Manager

We are currently supporting a Tier 1 main contractor with the hiring of an established Preconstruction Manager to support their Southern region as they look to build on an already successful year and take on more new projects across the region. The business has historically been one of the most successful contractors in the UK and have built a solid reputation delivering projects in a number of different sectors including commercial, education, industrial hotels and leisure.

This role will report to the Preconstruction Director and take full ownership of tender opportunities, taking the lead from 1st stage tender to contract award.
