Job summary

Charles River is seeking an Assistant Report Coordinator for the Safety Assessment Group in Edinburgh, UK. The role involves scheduling studies, monitoring RPM reports, and coordinating data delivery for preclinical work.

No degree required for applicants with relevant National 5s or GCSEs/A Levels in Maths and English. This full-time, on-site position offers a starting salary around £26,113 with world-class training, private health care and other benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with the scheduling of all studies on site including milestones from Charles River and Sponsors in RPM.
• Monitors studies in RPM to ensure on-time reports and real-time date updates for accuracy.
• Follows-up on late reports and documents delays in RPM using standard categories.
• Coordinates data delivery for Toxicology studies contributions.
• Ensures work complies with SOPs and GLP principles.
• Maintains safe working environment and uses protective equipment as required.
• Supports supervisor with tasks and participates in overtime when needed.
