Job summary

JDR Recruitment, on behalf of their client in Congleton, CW12, is seeking a time-served welder fabricator for a permanent role with a four-day week from day one. You will weld mild and stainless steel, read drawings, and fabricate components per engineering drawings while maintaining weld integrity and appearance.

Role offers a permanent contract, potential overtime on Fridays, and progression through on-site training.

JDR Recruitment are hiring on behalf of their client based in Congleton, CW12

This is a permanent contract from day 1.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced welder fabricator.

We require a candidate who can demonstrate the physical strength and dexterity required for welding tasks, as well as superb attention to detail.

Location:
Congleton, CW12

Working Hours (4 day working week!):
Monday - Thursday 07:00-16:30

Overtime is available on Fridays at time and a half!

Pay Rate:
£19 per hour, increasing after a successful 3 month probation

An ideal candidate will be a time-served, experienced welder, as some of the materials can be as thin as 1mm and you'll be working on cylindrical surfaces.

The Role:
