You will validate repair/service outcomes before delivery and work with Engineering & Operations to uphold service levels.

The role emphasizes accurate data recording, documentation for non-conforming items, and continuous improvement within a team environment on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound inspection to meet quality standards.
• Fitting straps/bracelets to watch heads.
• Record stock movement and data in ERP system.
• Create documentation for non-conforming products.
• Maintain workstation and tools to optimum condition.
• Adhere to company processes and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Cross-functionally support Manufacturing, Service Atelier and other teams.
• Ensure customer and internal process service levels are met.
• Maintain accurate records of process, product and quality data.
