Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor to join the site-based team in Sittingbourne. You will perform daily physical stock checks, ensure pallets and loads match paperwork, and document results to maintain stock integrity at the distribution centre.

The role requires reliability, accuracy, and experience in a warehouse setting. 37.5 hours per week, 12:00-20:00 shifts, with a full-time permanent contract and onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verify inbound deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Record audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally.
• Work to daily targets and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
• Follow site safety procedures and work efficiently in a mixed environment.
