Actio Recruitment is sourcing a Visual Inspector for an established precision engineering client in the Exhall area. The role focuses on visual inspection of machined components to ensure conformance before dispatch, with full training provided.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of inspection experience in manufacturing, be detail oriented, numerate, and proficient with Word and Excel. The role operates Monday to Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm and Friday 7:00am–12:00pm, with a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inspection experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Good attention to detail and numeracy.
• Literate and numerate; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect batches of machined components to ensure quality.
• Check threads using gauges and inspect thread depths and basic dimensional features.
• Record inspection results and support quality standards throughout production.
• Carry out additional inspection tasks with training provided.
