Job summary

You will follow engineering drawings and customer specifications while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role requires TIG welding experience (2+ years) or certification, ability to read complex drawings, and precise measurement with common inspection tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• TIG welding certification or 2+ years of TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with calipers, tape measures and other inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding to fabricate stainless-steel components per drawings and specs.
• Read engineering drawings, blueprints and work instructions to ensure correct fabrication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; document production activities.
• Ensure manufacturing and documentation comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality requirements.
