Job summary

Seismic Recruitment is seeking a production operator to run thread rolling machinery and supporting equipment. You will ensure high quality, efficiency, and clean working areas while complying with safety procedures.

The role involves reading drawings, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with the team to meet production targets. Flexibility for shifts and a proactive approach are valued in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
Reading engineering drawings would be advantageous.
High level of attention to detail is essential.
Positive and proactive attitude with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

Set and operate thread rolling machines safely and efficiently to produce conforming components.
Operate manual machines if required to maintain output and quality.
Perform routine TPM-based maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
Use precision measurement equipment to verify specifications.
Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
Complete production data forms accurately, in paper and digital formats.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management; support company values.
Learn and share knowledge per Competence Management procedures.
Assist colleagues to maximise production output.
May work alternate shifts and other duties as directed by management.
