Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking an experienced Sprayer Operator for a soft fruit operation in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. The role focuses on precise spraying to protect crops, with PA1/PA3 qualifications and a full UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating agricultural sprayers.
• PA1 and PA3 qualifications including PA3 with variable geometry boom sprayers.
• Good understanding of safe pesticide handling and application.
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate variable geometry boom spraying equipment across commercial soft fruit crops
• Carry out pesticide and crop protection applications accurately and safely
• Complete spraying records and documentation
• Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance of spraying equipment
• Identify and report equipment issues
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures
• Work closely with the wider farm team to ensure spraying is completed within required timeframes
• Support general farm operations when required
