Job summary

Grosvenor Farms on the Eaton Estate near Chester seeks an Agricultural Operator to lead spraying and harvest operations within the Arable & Maintenance team. You will operate modern machinery, manage crop husbandry, and support seasonal arable activities with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• PA1 and PA2 certificates.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience operating modern agricultural machinery, especially sprayers and combines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the farm sprayer.
• Apply crop protection products and liquid fertilisers accurately and safely.
• Operate the combine during harvest and support harvest logistics.
• Maintain accurate operation and spray records.
• Support cultivations, drilling, nutrient applications and forage operations.
• Use GPS guidance and precision farming technology; ensure health, safety and environmental standards.
