GTS International in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced Electronics / PCB Inspector to join our team onsite. You will inspect PCBs and electronic assemblies throughout production, ensuring they meet quality requirements, drawings and workmanship standards.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, applying IPC inspection standards, and using inspection equipment to identify defects while maintaining accurate inspection records.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, PCB inspection or electronics manufacturing.
• Good understanding of PCB assembly and electronic components.
• Experience inspecting solder joints and identifying PCB assembly defects.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with IPC or other electronics workmanship standards would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Inspect PCBs and electronic assemblies to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Work to IPC inspection standards.
• Carry out visual and dimensional inspection of electronic components and assemblies.
• Identify defects, workmanship issues and non-conformances.
• Use inspection equipment and test tools where required.
• Review production documentation and ensure inspection records are completed accurately.
