Job summary

ARC Recruits is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and professional Accident Repair Centre. You will repair accident-damaged vehicles to high standards in a modern body shop environment.

You will assess damage, perform structural and non-structural repairs, remove and replace panels, weld as required, and work with MET Technicians and Paint Technicians to meet targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Panel Beater in an Accident Repair Centre/Body Shop.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques.
• Experience repairing structural and non-structural damage.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Full UK driving license advantageous.
• AT A accreditation or NVQ Level 3 desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Repair accident-damaged vehicles to a high standard.
• Assess damage and determine repair methods.
• Carry out structural and non-structural body repairs.
• Remove and replace damaged panels.
• Welding and fabrication where required.
• Work with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians and other workshop staff.
• Ensure repairs are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.
