Job summary

GPW Recruitment are working with an established, specialist manufacturer in Haydock to recruit Solderers on a permanent basis. The Solder will work days, Monday to Thursday: 08:00 until 16:30 and Friday: 08:00 until 13:00, this pays £13.25 - £15.50 per hour depending on experience.

This role involves precision soldering of small scale connectors on military grade equipment and requires expertise in micro soldering or nano soldering, working under magnification.

Qualifications

Strong soldering skills with nano/micro soldering experience preferred.
Good manual dexterity and steady hands.
Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
Excellent attention to detail with focus on solder quality.
Experience in electronics manufacturing or military sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
Perform precision soldering of connectors on military grade equipment.
Work under magnification to ensure high-quality solder joints.
