VACGEN is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to turn customer demand into an achievable production plan. You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to maintain visibility of upcoming work and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong organisational and numerical skills, experience with ERP/MRP planning, and proficiency in Excel. You will balance capacity, workload and priorities to optimise production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own production scheduling across manufacturing cells.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to ensure visibility.
• Plan products through manufacturing and monitor progress against schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks and delays before they impact delivery.
• Publish production metrics and support during absences.
