Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Production Assembler for a growing LED lighting manufacturer servicing Aerospace, Maritime and Commercial interiors. This permanent, full-time role offers an immediate start and a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-quality interiors.

You will assemble lighting products to exact specifications, perform electrical testing where needed, and work closely with the team to maintain consistent output and stringent quality standards in an AS9100-aligned environment.

Qualifications

• Fine assembly experience
• Electrical assembly experience is a bonus
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Computer literacy to support working processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble a range of lighting products using detailed instructions to a high standard
• Carry out work in line with AS9100 requirements
• Complete electrical assembly tasks (electrical assembly experience is preferable)
• Perform electrical testing checks as part of the production process
• Work closely with the team to maintain output and quality
