Job summary

Manpower UK in Witney is seeking a Production Assembler to join a growing LED lighting production team. You will assemble a range of lighting products using detailed instructions and ensure work meets AS9100 standards. The role involves electrical assembly tasks, testing and close collaboration with colleagues to sustain high output and quality.

Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on Friday; permanent full-time role with an immediate start possible. Salary: £29,500.

Qualifications

• Previous fine assembly experience (electrical assembly experience is a bonus).
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Computer literacy to support working processes.
• Good communication skills and confidence working as part of a team.
• Comfortable completing electrical testing accurately.

Our Client is a growing manufacturer of high-quality LED reading lights for Aerospace, Maritime and Commercial interiors, and they're looking for an enthusiastic Production Assembler to join the assembly team on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doing:

• Assemble a range of lighting products using detailed instructions, to a very high standard
• Carry out work in line with AS9100 requirements
• Complete electrical assembly tasks (electrical assembly experience is preferable)
• Perform electrical testing checks as part of the production process
• Work closely with the team to keep output consistent and quality high
