Job summary

Kairos Recruitment Group are helping a leading print and packaging company in Derby find a Wide Web Flexographic Printer to join their team. You will operate flexographic presses, ensure quality, and collaborate to optimise production efficiency on 12-hour shift patterns (days and nights, Monday to Friday with no weekend work).

Experience running presses (ideally Comexi) and a proven history in flexo printing are essential.

Qualifications

• A proven history in flexographic printing as a skilled printer.
• Experience running a press, ideally Comexi.
• Commitment to quality and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping and equipment care.
• Run the press at optimum speed following job instructions.
• Ensure PPE and safety policies are followed.
• Pre-inspect and report equipment issues.
• Accurately record production data.
• Meet required quality standards and troubleshoot as needed.
